The Glass Factory is a locally owned newly constructed retail and office building located less than a mile from West Virginia University’s Evansdale Campus.

With over 18-thousand square feet located on two floors, the building features high-end finishes and ample parking. The Glass Factory’s retro design is in recognition of the area’s long history in glass manufacturing.

Tenants are NOT required to pay business and occupation tax or city licenses or fees due to its grandfathered location.
